The book features a front page reprint from the day they were born, and every birthday thereafter. For example, if they were born on October 27 1949, then a newspaper front page from this date would be at the start of the book. Then, a page from October 27 1950 would follow, then 1951, and onwards, right up to the present day. This makes the book ideal for anyone celebrating an older milestone birthday!

As well as genuine newspaper articles from the publication of your choice, the book also comes with blank pages for your loved one to fill with their own memories and sentiments. If something special happened on one of their birthdays or that particular year, they can write it down in the book and always be able to look back on years gone by. Ordering for a Birthday after 1998? Your birthday newspaper book will include twenty-five historical newspaper front pages, with each page followed by a ‘remember when’ page to allow you to add those extra special memories into the book. Don’t worry though, their date of birth will still be the date embossed on the cover. 

You can choose between the Washington Post, LA Times, Seattle Times or New York Daily News to create your special gift. You can also pick a green leatherette or luxury black leather cover, and the book measures 12.5 x 15”. Newspaper content is taken directly from your chosen publication, and the thickness of the book will depend on the age of the recipient. 

Please note: The birthday newspapers are included up to 2022. There may be occasions, rarely, that a front page for your selected date might not be available. This includes Christmas Day, Good Friday, and during newspaper strikes, when no papers have been printed. When this happens, the book will feature a front page from the day after.

These newspaper reproductions are created from their respective scan archives and in some instances, there will be blemishes and the reproduction quality may not be as clear or precise vs copying directly from the actual paper itself.
